Let’s take care of your mental health
Welcome to my practice!
I'm Heather and I help folks find relief from anxiety, stress, and ADHD.
Sound familiar?
Anxiety, stress, or ADHD may be taking over—affecting your focus, relationships, work, and sense of self. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking or procrastination, and exhausted from trying to keep it all together. Putting others first often leaves you depleted, disconnected, and unsure how to ask for what you need.
It’s okay to need support. Anxiety, stress, and ADHD are manageable—and you already have strengths that can support meaningful change.
I’m here to help you feel more grounded, focused, and confident again.
Let’s take the first step together.
About
Therapy
My therapy process offers a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe deeply in the importance of mental health and in creating an environment where all emotions are welcome, allowing for meaningful insight and healing.
My therapeutic style is warm, calming, holistic, and empowering. My practice is grounded in inclusivity and respect, and I am committed to providing affirming care to LGBTQ+ individuals and people of all racial and cultural backgrounds.
In our work together, you’ll have dedicated time each week to process life’s challenges with guidance and support. We’ll focus on understanding and managing overwhelming symptoms that may be interfering with your daily life and keeping you from feeling like yourself.
As we address your concerns and reconnect with your inner strengths, you may begin to feel more capable, grounded, and less anxious. Over time, you’ll build practical tools and greater confidence to navigate challenges that once felt overwhelming—and to carry these skills into your everyday life.
What to expect:
Therapy thrives on consistency, curiosity, and commitment—all essential for creating meaningful and lasting change. Through our work together, you’ll develop practical tools to build healthier habits, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate greater compassion for yourself. Over time, many clients feel more empowered, grounded, and mindful, supporting ongoing growth and overall well-being.
Through therapy, you may begin to:
Feel more comfortable experiencing and honoring your emotions
Express your feelings, needs, and thoughts with greater clarity and confidence
Engage in self-reflection with compassion rather than judgment
Tolerate discomfort more effectively, including setting and maintaining healthy boundaries
Release lingering guilt and feelings of unworthiness
Develop greater acceptance of life’s uncertainties
Maintain a curious, growth-oriented mindset that supports long-term self-care
Some people reach their therapy goals within 3–6 months, while others find that a year or more allows space for deeper processing and healing. Therapy is much like tending a garden—small, intentional changes take root over time and create a strong foundation for growth and flourishing. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to support you.
