Get to know me

Welcome! I’m a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area, dedicated to supporting adults on their journey toward mental wellness. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, ADHD, and depression. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how these challenges can affect relationships, work, and overall quality of life.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that is affirming, inclusive, and culturally responsive. I work with clients across all races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations, and I approach therapy with an awareness of how identity, culture, and lived experience shape mental health.

Professional Experience

I’ve had the privilege of working with adults from diverse backgrounds across a wide range of clinical settings, including hospitals, addiction treatment programs, and the criminal justice system. My experience spans both inpatient and outpatient care and includes supervising and mentoring emerging therapists. This breadth of experience has shaped a thoughtful, flexible clinical approach that I bring into my private practice.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion. As a DBT Certified Therapist, I integrate evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll tailor our work to support your unique needs and goals.

Outside of Work

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, biking, hiking, crafting, and practicing yoga. I also find meaningful connection in mentoring and supporting therapy trainees.
